As for some additional widgets, they are not categorized as the core widgets and not be installed in default, such as "subscription" widget. If you would like to active them, please active it manually. Actually it is so easy that follow up the simple steps below:
That's all. Now you should be able to add this widget into your blog page; event some widgets support to be installed into any other pages.

I have recently purchased SunBlog and recieved version 4.8.0 however, I did not get a directory with the Subscription widget described in this post. My client is very upset that I am not able to get email notifications working for the blog and now I cant install the Subscription widget - it did not come with the installation as said in the instructions above.
Hi Brad, As mentioned in the beginning of this post, some additional widgets are not categorized as the core widgets and not be installed in default. So you may have to download it in our widgets page. And we have sent you the subscription widget package via email. Hope it helps. Regards Baldwin
